Testimonial Guide

Thank you for your interest in recording a testimonal explaining your experience with 1-800-LAW-FIRM. Read below for steps on how to do this right from the comforts of your own home. 

We use an app called Boast.io to collect video testimonials. Boast.io makes it easy to record a video testimonial. From any smartphone to most computers , a large amount of people are already equipped with everything they need to leave a video testimonial. Follow the steps below for how to use the Boast.io app!

From a smartphone: 

  1. Download the free Boast.io app in the App Store. This will make your testimonial a four-step process.
  2. Open the Boast.io app and input the campaign code “1800LF”
  3. Input your location, name, and email. As for the “What was the best part about the service you were provided?” question, you can insert a space and then leave it blank.  You’re about to answer it in your video!
  4. Hit the “Add Video” button to use your phone to record your video!
  5. When finished, hit “Upload Video”, and you’re done!

From a computer: 

  1. Use the submission form on our Testimonials page, or follow this link https://secure.boast.io/site/kudos/1800LF to the page where the magic happens.
  2. Input your name and email, and rate us on a score of 1-5 stars.
  3. Hit the “record from webcam” button to use your computer to record your video!
  4. When finished, hit “Submit”, and you’re done!
