Zoup! Eatery – Underfilled Soup Containers
1-800-LAW-FIRM is investigating claims that Zoup! Eatery shortchanges its customers by underfilling their 12oz, 16oz, and 32oz soup containers. Consumers claim that all three serving sizes have often been purchased with a noticeable portion of soup missing from the serving container.
“The issue is especially concerning now that inflation, food and meat prices are very high and many consumers, especially lower-income consumers, are struggling financially,” Ari Kresch, Founder of 1-800-LAW-FIRM, said.
As a result, customers were allegedly overcharged for their soup purchases. Consumers may seek compensation for the amount they were “overcharged” by Zoup! Eatery by joining a class action lawsuit that would include claims for breach of contract, breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair deadline, violation of state consumer protection laws and unjust enrichment.
If you have purchased soup from Zoup! Eatery and feel that you didn’t get what you paid for, you may be able to file a claim. Contact the team at 1-800-LAW-FIRM today to learn more!
